Level 1 (Certification)

This program is designed for the beginning golfer at least 8 years old. No course experience is required. Level 1 clinics prepare juniors for certification testing and on-course evaluation for unaccompanied (without adult supervision) play at the Cantigny Youth Links. Certification clinics meet for five, 90-minute sessions and introduce juniors to the basics in full swing, chipping and putting. Juniors are also introduced to safety and etiquette requirements. The fifth and final meeting will be an on-course evaluation and an exam on safety and etiquette. Juniors must meet minimum requirements to become certified.

Youth Links certification classes meet at the Cantigny Learning Center unless stated otherwise.
