Cantigny offers three special brunches during the year, on Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. These award winning brunches, always a sell-out, include shrimp and roast strip loin of beef, our pastry chef’s decadent creations and just about every delicious thing you can think of in between.
 
Our award-winning brunch featuring a distinctive blend of contemporary and traditional fare. The Father’s Day brunch is presented at the Red Oak Room (at Cantigny Golf). Reservations for groups of up to 7 people require a $50 deposit to hold seating. Reservations for groups of 8 or more require a $100 deposit. Deposits must be made at the time of making the reservation (or within 24 hours). The deposit will be applied to your final bill and will be refunded with a week's notice of cancellation.

Seafood Station- Featuring shrimp cocktail, crab legs and smoked salmon
Carvery Station - Featuring six pepper strip loin with demi glace and ham
Omelet and Waffle Stations Made fresh and hot just for you!
Salads - Including seafood salad, cucumber salad, mushroom & artichoke salad, as well as a blend of exotic greens and iceberg lettuce with assorted dressings
A Selection of Specialty Entrees - Made from the freshest market ingredients
Abundant Dessert & Mini Chocolates Table - Featuring various miniature French and Italian pastries and sweets, assorted brownies and dessert bars, mini cheesecakes, tartlets and truffles
